The Assistance hub is the first woman-led innovation space in Northern Ghana to providing a safe space for women and YOUTH in urban and peri-urban communities in Northern Ghana.
The space aims at contributing to eradicate poverty and promoting inclusion to allow women and girls equal access to resources and opportunities through capacity building and skill development programs through Employability and Entrepreneurship.
Digital Skills for Employability & Entrepreneurship; We train youth in digital literacy, online work, digital marketing, and business tools with the aim to improve their chances of finding jobs or starting digital enterprises.
Provides learners with hands-on work experience through internships and apprenticeships to help bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical application of work, making them job-ready.
We stimulate interest and support young people in exploring agriculture as a business. Our approach combines agriculture, technology, value chain development, and entrepreneurship training to promote profitable and sustainable farming, processing, and marketing, with the ultimate goal of creating jobs.
We offer structured advisory services and tailor-made modules for early-stage social enterprises and community projects to help turn ideas into sustainable ventures that solve local problems and create jobs.
Runs awareness campaigns, radio programs, and community trainings on issues like gender equality, digital safety, and entrepreneurship to encourage youth and women to be active citizens and changemakers.
Empowering the youth (women & men) in Northern Ghana to break cycles of poverty and inequality through comprehensive skills development, entrepreneurship training, and business support programs.
